Q: How detailed are the designs, and are they suitable for beginners?

Q: What if I run out of colors or have any issues with my kit?
A: We've got you covered! If you run out of colors or encounter any issues with your kit, simply contact our customer support team. We're happy to provide help and ensure you have a positive painting experience. We provide timely responses and are open during many hours of the day.
Q: How do your prices compare to other paint by number sellers?
A: While we focus on providing premium quality, we also strive to offer competitive prices. We believe that everyone should have access to high-quality painting kits without breaking the bank. We offer great value for the quality of our product.
Q: What are your products in each order package?
A: For Diamond Painting kit, it consists pre-printed canvas, diamond drills, diamond painting pen, glue, tray and reference paper. For Paint by Number kit, it consists of pre-printed canvas, acrylic paints, paint brushes, reference paper, and frame (optional).

Order
Q: Where’s my order?
A: Sign into your account to check on the status of your order. Your order number will be in the confirmation email we sent you.
Q: I want to use 2 discount codes or coupons, but it’s not letting me, why not?
A: Sorry but it’s only 1 promotional discount per order.
Q: How do I use my discount code or coupon?
A: Add the items that have a promotion running to your cart, and at checkout you will see a section to enter in your code. Happy shopping!
Q: How do I cancel my order before shipment?
A: Unfortunate we are unable to cancel orders once they are processed to the warehouse after 60 minutes order placing time. Because this happens within 60 minutes from your order being placed to ensure that we can fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Q: I want to place an order, but there’s no shipping option.
A: Please email diynumberpainting6@gmail.com and we’ll take care of you.
Q: Why is there a sales tax charge?
A: This is governed by the state that you live in which is your responsibility to pay.
Q: I received a damaged item, what should I do?
A: We’re so sorry to hear that your item was not in perfect condition. Let’s get this fixed for you right away. Please reach out to us diynumberpainting66@gmail.com. We'll take care of you.
Shipping & Return
Q: When will my order ship?
A: We’re on it! After receiving your order, we will ship it within 1-2 business days. Exceptional for custom order that will need 2-3 business days to handle.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do!
Q: Are custom & duties charges applied at checkout?
A: All customs, duties, & taxes are your responsibility which are governed by the state & country you live in. A bill including these fees may be sent to you. We do not cover these additional fees. Thanks for understanding!
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We know you’re going to love all things DIY Number Painting, but if you do need to return anything, you’re welcome to do within 14 days of receiving your items. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded. Normally it takes about 3-5 business days for the money to be credited to your account upon receiving the returned items.
Q: I purchased it from a retailer, can I return through you directly?
A: We don’t accept returns that purchased from our retail partners. Please directly work with the retailer you purchased from for help, as their policies are different from ours. Thanks for understanding!
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We don’t offer exchanges, but we will gladly offer you a refund or store credit when the original item is returned.

Q: What are the payment options?
A: Our online store accepts secure payments by: PayPal, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay)
Q: I used Express checkout and didn’t get my discount code?
